Critics moan at sexist Disney film...Again!

It is almost impossible not stumbling across someone somewhere moaning about how a Disney family film is either sexist, or inaccurate, or racist, or inappropriate, or too mature, and the list goes on. I know that you can never please everyone but a lot of family films are FICTION. It means that is made up, it's dos not have to be accurate or informative and many children will not understand the hidden messages in the film unless explained.

The latest moan I have found is 'Disney should be ashamed of themselves': Brave co-director criticizes Merida's princess make-over for 'blatant sexism'.

Can't people just sit down and enjoy a film without judging it on something that it was not trying to portray? It is supposed to be a fun and enjoyable film for the whole family. It's not trying to be sexist, empower women or giving young children a false image of women.
