Snow in Britain

Who would of thought that I bit of snow would close schools and disrupt public transport. I thought that we would of been more prepared than this. I have been told that the college that I work in would be closing early due to the heavy snow forecast. I am going to sound like an old fogey now. I remember that I was forced to go to school in worst weather.

All that you need to do is wrap up walm and be careful when you are walking around on the pavement (side walk if you use the American term). I have to admit that there have been times that the local council's have been useful but that dose not mean that people should miss out on there education or miss getting to work. For many people local transport is the only means of getting around like me. I am still learning to drive so I don't have a car yet. So the only way that I can get to work and back is to take local transport.

We should employ the Norwegians to show us (the British people) how they survive their snowy condisions.

Just check the video to see the sort of wether that we are likely to get during the week. This was broacast on the BBC on the 15th January 2013.
